On Monday, for a reason best known to themselves, the occupants of the TTTS on the coach and car park left the site leaving one caravan and various other bits behind. This of course should be good news and DDDC are already clearing the site. However, we are still awaiting answers to the following questions:

1. Does this mean that the site is no longer a TTTS and the traveller family who have been allowed to occupy it for over 2 years will not be allowed to return?
2. If it is to be returned to its proper use as a coach and car park, what action will be taken to make the car and coach park secure and ensure that its future users will only  be tourists, residents and rail passengers?
3. What actions will DDDC take to encourage the return of coaches to the park and bring back this important source of visitors to our village?

It is not the end of our petition. We must continue to ensure that the site is returned to its proper use and then made secure from future improper use
