As an existing customer of Orange Credit Union, I am left with a deep sense of disappointment with the recent turn of events. Our once trusted financial institution has become Bank Orange, leaving us at the mercy of unfamiliar policies and massive, impersonal infrastructure. Simultaneously, the current CEO and board of directors have led our Credit Union to a poor state which is far from what we were promised. We have been let down.

Orange Credit Union used to stand for community trust and cooperative values. However, the transition to Bank Orange has eroded those values. As a result, countless customers feel betrayed and left in the dark about the future of their own finances. This transformation is reported as not being in the best interest of the members, but an apparent profit-focused move. 

Therefore, we call for a return to Orange Credit Union and for the current CEO and board of directors to step down. It's time to restore our community's trust and ensure the future of our finances is secure. In alignment with the authentic values of a true credit union, it is imperative for the stakeholders to put members’ needs first, as it was designed.
