I am the proud founder of a club at Central High School, which has brought considerable benefits to our participating students. Open Advisories facilitate learning, collaboration, and foster relationships that extend beyond the school day. Regrettably, our club is now useless with the removal of open advisories, a decision that signifies a major setback for our schools vibrant extra-curricular life. Our clubs primarily thrives on morning meetings, as after-school schedules often conflict with other commitments our members have, leaving our club with no feasible meeting time.
