Restore Human & Civil Rights — Justice for Bogdana and Her Kids! Free Bogdana!
The Issue
Bogdana is a devoted mother who fled the U.S. to protect herself and her children from her abusive ex-husband, a former U.S. Air Force recruiter. Despite clear evidence of domestic violence, in November 2014, Judge Harold Flaigle of the Sedgwick County Family Court in Wichita, KS, awarded sole custody of her two young daughters to their abusive biological father. He also granted the marital residence, all vehicles—including the car, which she fully paid for before the marriage—and all of hers and her children's possessions to the abuser, citing Bogdana's residence in Russia as justification. This ruling left them homeless and stripped of their belongings, failing to recognize that she and the children were victims of domestic abuse.
Throughout her ordeal, Bogdana faced incompetent legal representation from most of the attorneys she hired, as well as ongoing harassment, including gang stalking and racketeering by government officials in Kansas.
Later, Bogdana endured wrongful federal conviction, imprisonment, and severe mistreatment while in federal custody.
With the help of God, her faith and efforts, and the support of family and kind people from around the world, she was sustained through these trials — a story of faith, hope, and miracles.
Now reunited with her children, Bogdana continues to face legal challenges. This petition demands justice, full restoration of her and her children’s rights, and urgent reforms in U.S. and international family law to protect survivors of domestic violence and vulnerable families caught in complex legal battles.
After her release, she earned a diploma in international law and international relations, transforming her experience into advocacy. She calls on supporters to join her in the pursuit of justice and reform for victims of domestic violence and families trapped in a broken system.
By signing, you stand together with people impacted by systemic injustice — demanding fairness, compassion, and respect for human and civil rights.
