🚨 Update: Over 250 Signatures Strong – Justice is Moving Forward!

Dear Supporters,

Thank you! We have just surpassed 250 signatures on this petition calling for accountability, due process, and evidence-based reforms at the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy. Your voices are making a real difference in this fight for fair licensing practices that protect both patients and qualified providers.

For those new to the petition: This case involves the Board’s handling of my reinstatement after a prior suspension. Despite being found “safe and competent to resume practice,” the Board imposed restrictive conditions not applied to others—while allowing improper participation by prosecutorial staff in closed deliberations and including unsupported findings in its order.

Key Development: On February 12, 2026, I filed a Petition for Appeal in Henrico Circuit Court (Case No. CL 26-1194). The Board was served but has now gone over 130 days without responding—leading to a Motion for Default Judgment filed on May 13, 2026. We are pressing the court to hold the Board accountable and grant the relief sought.

Every signature amplifies the call for:

  • Clear, evidence-based standards in pelvic health and manual therapy.
  • Strong due process protections against bias and procedural violations.
  • Reforms to prevent retroactive rules and selective enforcement.

Share this petition widely with colleagues, patients, physical therapists, and advocates for licensing reform. If you haven’t already, please add a comment sharing why this matters to you—it helps build public awareness and pressure for change.

Together, we’re not just seeking justice in one case—we’re pushing for systemic improvements that benefit all Virginians.

Sign and share today: https://www.change.org/RestorePTJustice
