st'ives in cambs reduced some 50s about a year ago to 40 and are reducing again to 30 shortly

we're slowly but surely being grounded, and camerad to the hilt, traffic calming measures wind people up who then just floor it, pot holes damage cars which put lives in danger, so why are we funding complete rubbish instead of fixing actual problems? ... don't even get me started on smart motorways

not to mention it would have been nice to have had a public vote for things like the Rowanda and other major decisions
