We, the undersigned, are patients or community members being served by MyMichigan Health in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Dr. Thilak Chander, who served our community for decades, was removed from MyMichigan Sault without public explanation. This incident along with the high staffing turnover has left the community deeply concerned about the direction of MyMichigan Health. We call on MyMichigan Health to: 

1. Hold a public forum on the dismissals and the future of MyMichigan Sault.
2. Create a working group with workers to improve workplace policies and culture.
3. Commit to revising and improving policies with working group on patient care including patient volume and questions per visit.
4. Add a community representative on the MyMichigan Sault Board. 

Our Pledge: Until these demands are met, I will not schedule elective procedures at MyMichigan facilities. This does not apply to emergency or urgent care. EUP Solidarity will announce publicly when demands have been met. By signing this petition, I confirm I am a MyMichigan patient or Eastern Upper Peninsula community member.
