Preserve Charlie Kirk's Legacy

Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to a mission larger than himself.

Through speeches, interviews, podcasts, articles, debates, campus events, and countless hours of public engagement, he built a body of work that inspired millions of people to become involved in their communities, engage in public discourse, and understand that their voice mattered.

Whether someone agreed with Charlie's views or disagreed with them, there is no denying the impact he had on the lives of countless individuals across the world. His words, ideas, and public contributions became not only a part of historical record, but part of the personal lives of the people who followed his work.

Since Charlie's untimely passing, countless people around the world continue to grieve his loss and seek clarity during an extraordinarily difficult time. Unfortunately, that grief has been compounded by the removal, alteration, restriction, or disappearance of portions of Charlie's original publicly available content. Videos, interviews, statements, and other materials that were once freely available to the public have been removed, altered, or have become next to impossible to find.

We respectfully ask that Charlie Kirk's complete public archive be restored and permanently preserved in the form it existed immediately prior to his death. This includes every publicly available video, podcast, speech, interview, article, written statement, and other original work created by Charlie himself that was available immediately prior to his passing.

We are simply asking that Charlie's original contributions remain available to the public, to his supporters, and to future generations. History should be preserved, not lost. This is about preserving the Charlie Kirk legacy. The ideas, conversations, and moments that shaped millions of lives should remain accessible in their original form. Furthermore, future generations should have the opportunity to encounter Charlie's ideas directly, rather than through summaries, interpretations, or secondhand accounts.

In addition, we respectfully request that once Charlie's complete archive has been restored and preserved, The Charlie Kirk Show be respectfully retired as a live program and preserved as Charlie Kirk's completed body of work that will remain available for generations to come.

For millions of listeners, The Charlie Kirk Show was more than a title. It was Charlie's voice, Charlie's perspective, Charlie's conversations, and Charlie's relationship with his audience. The name became inseparable from the person who carried it.

We fully support the continuation of open dialogue, the ongoing exchange of ideas, and the emergence of new voices and leaders. However, we believe there is a meaningful distinction between continuing a mission and continuing to use the personal name of a man who can no longer speak for himself.

Retiring The Charlie Kirk Show would not diminish the future. We believe it would be one of the most meaningful ways to honor the past. It would preserve the show as Charlie created it and allow future hosts, commentators, and leaders at TPUSA to build their own identities and legacies, while keeping Charlie’s own voice and guidance available for reflection and consideration.

We believe this approach best honors both Charlie's memory and the millions of people who supported him throughout his life. Today, we ask those with the authority and influence to act—not out of obligation, but out of respect.

Respect for his historical record. Respect for the supporters who stood beside Charlie for years. Respect for the legacy he spent his life building. Respect for the family, colleagues, friends, donors, volunteers, and supporters who helped him build it. Respect for the transparency he advocated for throughout his career.

His words mattered. They should remain available.

His work changed lives and an entire generation. It should be preserved.

His legacy deserves to endure unaltered, and it should remain accessible to all.
