It's not over yet... BBC Sounds Support has replied to our petition and, while they're taking no action, thy did provide an address for taking this further.
I suggest we all contact the Executive Complaints Unit with a polite and reasoned explanation of why these changes are bad for listeners, and that the BBC should reconsider its approach.
