Hello,

I just want to provide a quick update regarding where we are in our continued fight to protect, restore and preserve the 4-acre greenspace in Dorchester, MA.

• Earlier this year, our residents' group appealed the Conservation Commission's extremely flawed decision to approve this destructive project to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP;)
• Despite our appeal, and the science presented, MassDEP issued a Superseding Order of Conditions (SOC) still allowing this project to move forward;
• Our Residents' group has filed an appeal with the Office of Appeal and Dispute Resolution (OADR) to oppose the erroneous SOC, and decision from MassDEP to allow this project to move forward, despite the proven harm to the environment, residents and wildlife;  
• We are now in the process of preparing for that hearing.  We have a number of excellent and extremely credible experts who will provide both written and oral testimony on our behalf regarding the extreme harm this project will cause or community.

We are still fighting with everything we have! Please continue to share this petition, and encourage others to sign so that we can show that we have many allies who support this very important cause!
