Mattel launched their Monster High line in 2010 - a unique twist on the doll world, where all we had were barbie-like dolls and toys. Monster High was special in introducing characters who were meant to be the children of monsters, such as the child of Dracula, Frankenstein, and so much more! The dolls came with unique, one of a kind packaging which included personalized diaries, doll stands, pets, accessories, and hair brushes. Unfortunately, however, Monster High faded away over the years as we all grew up. The love for Mattel’s Monster High line never died, though. Monster High was greatly missed… that was until Mattel launched their reproductions of the main 4 characters in 2022 on Friday the 13th exclusive to Walmart! This was an exciting time for collectors and those who once loved Monster High in their younger years, the nostalgia was real. Sadly, this didn’t last. The reproductions flew off the shelves, and were never restocked - not even on their website. Why limit them?! Monster High was a significant memory in a lot of people’s childhoods, and defined a lot of our personalities, it was unique and one of a kind, something that can never be replicated. To be able to obtain these reproductions again (easily!) would be amazing, so many people who deserved them didn’t get them. With this petition, I hope to gain Mattel’s attention and ask that they restock their Monster High reproduction line… and maybe add some other main ghouls ;)
