   Subject: To restore the daily commuter trains to Hosur which were operated before the Covid Lockdown

     We wish to bring to your kind notice on the need of restoration of daily commuter trains that we operated on daily basis before the Covid Lockdown. We are an elite lot of commuters who travel to Bangalore daily for work and any other requirements which included high end hospital amenities also. Some of the trains that were high patronized during the pre-covid lockdown were Yeshwantpur – Hosur passenger DEMU which were operated on days other than Sunday. But after the lockdown these passenger trains which ran in the morning hours to cater to the needs of the office commuters were not re-introduced. We would urge the honorable officials to bring back the daily morning passenger train from Yeshwantpur – Hosur and Hosur – Yeshwantpur.

The below trains are highly sorted out by the commuters:

1.            06591/06592 and 76523/76524(YPR – HSRA - YPR) DEMU

2.            56514/56513 (SBC – KIK – SBC ) passenger

Also we would urge you to run the Yeshwantpur – Dharmapuri DEMU on a daily basis including Sundays as like in Covid Lockdown days for the benefit of passengers.

we would urge you to run the CBE-NZM (12647/12648) Kongu express to run via DPJ, HSRA route as usual like pre lockdown times, for the benefit of passengers, this is the only train which we had for NZM in HSRA route. (which is running via KJM now)

We, the daily commuters from Hosur would be greatly obliged and thankful if the above said demands are materialized at the earliest.
