Ron Oler has consistently failed the City of Richmond Indiana as Mayor including: 

--Misfeasance of duty to City Council and the Public 

--Fingerpointing and blame on all but himself 

--Breaking his own campaign promises made during his campaign

--Loss of 21 jobs in the City 

--Failing to remove Department Heads and City employees who violate policy as written in City Handbook 

Allowing people on his team to threaten and coerce businesses and community members 

--Operating independently without respect for community members and city council 

--Pushing for things that Richmond can't support while ignoring immediate needs.. 

--Deliberately ignoring council members and community members based on personal feelings 

--Only meeting with state officials to further his own goals and agendas vs what Richmond needs

--Ordering his administration to falsify public records and not release public records

--Using City vehicles for personal gain in his business 

--Mismanagement of the Airport Board and its officials
