The voters of New York’s third congressional district have been more than lied to. They have been deceived beyond measure by someone who sees fit to profit off tragedy.

We don’t care that you didn’t graduate from Baruch or NYU (or any college for that matter). What we do care about is that your mother wasn’t even in the United States on 9/11 let alone in the south tower, invalidating your claim that she died from a 9/11 related illness.

Similarly, your grandparents were not survivors of the holocaust and your family is not Jewish. And being Jew-ish is not a thing and an insult to 15 million people world wide.

While embellishments and white lies are nothing new to constituents, your level of deceit is legendary and the voters did NOT vote for the person on the fraudulent resume you presented.

This petition seeks your resignation. You are quoted as saying “If 142 people ask for me to resign, I will resign.” Let’s set our goal at 200,000 well above your number needed to resign.
