Updating language in the petition

Hello SD tiny home legalization supporters, It's been about 6 months since we began this petition and we are almost at 1000 names - thank you all for getting us to this point! We are learning from those working hard to legalize tiny homes in other communities. Thanks to some coaching from other leaders in this effort, we are changing the wording in the petition a bit in order to be recognized by county officials and leadership. Instead of simply asking for "legalization," we are getting specific and asking for Tiny Homes and/or Tiny Homes on Wheels to be added to the municipal code, thereby legalizing these dwellings. We hope you will join us in continuing to ask for more residents living in San Diego County to support this petition. We have signatures from those in other cities and states (which is encouraging!) but it is important to get signatures from those living here. The more signatures we have, the more likely we will be taken seriously. Thanks all!
