Wit the build out of 380 5-10 years away we are not seeing any slow down of residential growth. I propose we force the home and apartment builders to speed up the expansion of 380 before any additional housing is to be completed. They are contributing to our ever growing housing problems. If they want to continue to build out in this area they need to expand our only way in and out of town. Let’s hold the builders responsible for expediting the expansion of 380. This is not a novel concept. When Saint Francis of Assisi in Frisco want to expand their church the city of Frisco made them come up with the capital to expand Eldorado road. If 389 continues at this rate our home values will be decreased. We need to preserve our property and save lives at the same time by reducing the frustration in this corridor of 380. Let’s let the county and the builders know we won’t stand for this anymore.
