Thanks again for signing and showing an interest in this issue.  We can finally succeed with a  strong recommendation to the Town Planners to Stop this Build with it"s past history of five denials over 34 years ! Since 1988 !

Nothing has changed the land still has all documented problems, Superior Land Court decided that it was a NO !

Please take time from your busy schedules and share this Petition with other concerned Winthrop Citizens that are interested in responsible development amidst this densely populated, quaint little seaside town. There are so many issues, traffic, bordering the wetlands, high water table, flooding, and safety. Winthrop has reached its saturation point literally. Save the mature trees they mitigate the flooding.

If you read between the lines the only change is that this land has new owners since 2019 with a strong political influence and they are allowing them to push their agenda because of who they are. This is not right. Stop the Build.

Although your electronic signatures are helpful , physical signatures are advised by legal counsel.They will carry more weight with the judicial system. Please take time to stop by 40 Banks St and sign the petition on the other side of front door. There are some copies to take to others that might be interested. If you need more call  617-686-0913.
