After trying to hold a meeting on December 20, 2021 literally 5 days before Christmas and causing our abutters and opposition to scramble ( note no written notice was sent to abutters) there was a post in the town Transcript. The date was changed to January 10, 2022 and then ultimately to January 17, 2022. This caused confusion and concern to our neighbors and abutters. 
Notice the date and agenda are now posted for January 17 on the town website . 
Most of us are still suspect as we finally received individual notices to our homes again dated December 20 th ??? 
On Monday December 20 we plan to attend just to make sure we protect our best interest . Thanks for following this story as we can’t do it without you the great citizens of Winthrop .
