Northside School DIstrict is trying to move Wildhorse out of O’Connor High School boundary! Just say no! We are an O’Connor Panther neighborhood! Our neighborhood was founded almost 20 years ago and we have ALWAYS been an O'Connor High School neighborhood. Now, after 20 years, the district has proposed to move our neighborhood with DEEP O'Connor roots into the new Sotomayor boundary, even though we would be on the VERY EDGE. Here's a list of reasons we oppose this change! 

• Moving to Sotomayor high will likely reduce property values in WH.
• Sotomayor HS is TWICE the distance from our neighborhood as O’Connor.
• The neighborhoods inside O'Connor boundary are built out with little to no proposed growth
• Over 5,000 new homes are proposed to be built in the new Sotomayor boundary. This will likely lead to another boundary change in the future, which would push Wildhorse BACK into O'Connor. The flip flop would just be stupid.
• Traffic on 1560 and Galm will be horrible.
• Our families have 20+ years of deep ties to the O’Connor community and our children have been graduating from there since the inception of our neighborhood!
