STOP Lagoon Valley Office Development Project - SAVE LAGOON VALLEY!!!

The Issue

In 2005, the Vacaville City Council approved an 840,000 Square Foot, Class A office development.  It will be located along I80 on Lagoon Valley Road.  It will consist of 6, four story buildings and feature a 30,000 square foot amenities building with fitness center, food and recreation, a shuttle to Amtrak, etc.  Also, the land adjacent to the office project is entitled for residential development. MORE BAD NEWS!!!

This will absolutely ruin our beloved Lagoon Valley, and its beautiful green space used for our Vacaville residents to hike, bike, picnic and just simply enjoy as a raw, beautiful part of our Vacaville Valley.

More trash, pollution, crime, traffic are just a few issues to think about.  And while they may not be building directly on our beloved park, it's a commercial real estate project backed by pure GREED.  The main issue being that greed and lack of care for what the citizens want will cause us to lose this beautiful land and treasured part of Vacaville.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION!!!  This is our town, our resources, our taxes and our right to fight it.
