Residents of Stray Winds Farm wish to remove Triple Crown Corporation from the management of our Homeowners Association as we feel strongly that the powers and duties set forth in the Bylaws are not being performed as outlined in section 7.12.  As the two board members who are employed by Triple Crown perform their duties as a part time job, they are not strongly invested in the integrity of this community and we question the use of their approximately 25k worth of management fees and administrative charge on an annual basis. Resident complaints of rule violations are not acknowledged in a timely manner and quite often ignored. As of today, there are numerous outstanding violations that have been reported and no action has been taken. The residents in this community are paying Triple Crown Corporation to handle enforcement of rules and they are not upholding their part of this agreement, yet continue to collect HOA fees from homeowners. It has been made clear through their actions or lack there of, that Triple Crown Corporation is unable to commit the time it requires to uphold the integrity of our community. Therefore, the neighborhood of Stray Winds Farm would be better served by the hands of a private management company, and homeowners wish to proceed with the transfer of funds and responsibilities as soon as possible.
