I received the following reply from DCC today :

Following receipt of ownership details from the City Council’s Property & Title Researcher, a Notice of Proposed Entry on the Vacant Sites Register, under Section 7(1) of the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015 (the Act), has been served on the owner of the site at 59-60 Main Street, Finglas, Dublin 11 (Drake Inn). In line with Section 7(1) of the Act, the owner has 28 days after the date of this notice to lodge a submission outlining reasons why this site should not be entered on the register.

Where the Vacant Sites Section receives and reviews a submission and proceeds to enter a site on the register, this decision may be appealed by the owner to an Bord Pleanála.
