Our case was heard in the Court of Appeals on Wednesday, September 13th.  This hearing was in person in St. Paul, we attended along with our lawyer.  As we are quickly approaching the 90 day threshold for the decision being issued we will know soon if the City of Eagle Lake erred in once again deciding to forgo an EIS.
