The peaceful and enjoyable lifestyle purchased at a premium by the owners and residents of Altana, Lucent II, The Promontory, Avella, and Elevate is increasingly and frequently being disturbed and disrupted by users of our local neighborhood Civita Park. Violations include excessive noise, amplified music, inflated balloons, bounce houses, skateboarders, and overflowing trash cans. The dawn to dusk hours are not being enforced and voices are being echoed and carried into living spaces. The use of inflatables is causing significant damage to the grassy areas as well as causing excessive noise every weekend. The park is being used for commercial purposes and it is unknown if these are permitted events. We need support to take this issue to the Maintenance Assessment District (MAD) and the San Diego City Parks and Recreation Department on September 20th, at 4 pm in the Civita Recreation Center.
