On Feb 5, 2020, The Province newspaper published an articled titled Second China Virus Case in B.C., calling Novel Coronavirus the China Virus. The newspaper's despicable way of acquiring readership by provoking anger and spreading misinformation is disgusting. All residents should be disgusted because The Province seems to do whatever it takes to bait "clicks"or "views" for advertisement revenue, whether it breaches the lowest journalism standard. Tomorrow, it might call another flu the India Virus or Settlor Virus. No one should associate with media companies like them. 

We call upon all residents of British Columbia to boycott The Province, unshelve all of The Province newspapers from your premise, unsubscribe all services, and cancel all advertisement contracts. We will not read or trust another word from The Province.
