Residents need Rentals

Year-round rentals are an essential service.  

Avalon property owners of year-round rentals are finding it increasingly difficult to keep rents affordable and homes maintained due to rising state and city taxes and insurance costs. 

Residents need rentals and property owners who rent year round need incentives to keep providing those rentals.

If you support incentives in favor of year-round rentals, please voice your support by either coming to the meeting, signing below, or calling in or emailing our City Council. 

The initiative to be considered is pending on the Avalon City Council agenda on the 7th of April, 2026.

Year-round rentals are an essential service, and without year-round residents there would be no Avalon community.
