LOUD MUSIC & STREET RACING VEHICLES after hours affecting the quality of life for residents who are unable to sleep from overnight ILLEGAL drag racing and car stereo MUSIC competitions gathering in private lots, Parks & public streets in the masses. DEADLY STREET RACING creating accidents causing injuries & deaths weekly. WE NEED TO ALERT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES & ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THIS DISTURBANCE, It is not acceptable on any level to not enforce proper laws/regulations with disturbing the peace. Working class families who have 9 to 5 jobs are being consistently disturbed all hours of the night with this erratic behavior, WE DEMAND ENFORCEMENT NOW,  Fines and Confiscation need to be strictly ENFORCED IMMEDIATELY, The realization of this being allowed in residential communities is shocking, many incidents are occurring daily with accidents from negligent drivers who exceed the posted speed limits without legal recourse, our cities demise will be the downfall of society. We need LEGAL ACTION to take place with this serious mater NOW, our sanity, mental health, well being and safety is directly affected from individuals who do not understand how disturbing many communities at night as a whole affects a person who is sleep deprived, has medical issues and health concerns. It directly affects household pets, young children, teenagers, adults and the elderly with improper sleep cycles leading to poor health, job performance and LIFE as we are trying to survive this current political climate. 

BROOKLYN, QUEENS and other Neighborhoods are DIRECTLY plagued by this unlawful behavior. Our Real Estate is not the playground for illegal noise because it doesn’t hurt those congregating.

I lost a friend to this last year as NYPD Officer Richard Holt was KILLED by a car speeding on a parkway as he travels to work, the music is beyond explanation, if you are not directly impacted you cannot see the problem. A proactive approach cannot wait any longer.
