To the staff that actually care about those residents at the landings… Be the change you want to see. Take initiative by doing and continuing to do the right thing. You are truly doing the Lord’s work. You don’t get told enough how much you are valued and appreciated but you are, especially by the residents and their families that you serve. I know that you are mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted from everything that you deal with on a daily basis. I know how you walk around on eggshells careful to keep your head down and not to speak up too much in fear of retaliation. I know how much you have to improvise and empathize. I know how much you report things and nobody seems to care… but do not lose hope. Stay strong. All things are working together for good. You have to trust the process.
