We are local residents of the Sunkist Park community who are opposed to the construction of a hotel at 11469 Jefferson Blvd. The construction and operation of a hotel in our neighborhood will disrupt and negatively affect our day to day lives and those of our children.

Traffic impact/congestion

Construction and operation noise 

Street parking

Environmental/pollution concerns

The construction and operation of this hotel poses immediate safety and health risks to our children and families.
