Every Bank is charging it's customers for online transfers which uses IMPS / NEFT / RTGS. To my thought, bank allows free transfers through cheques, which uses paper and much more time than online transfer. RBI should make IMPS / NEFT / RTGS free as these mode of transferring money is hassle free, saves paper and also secure. Hence, I request RBI to make these mode of online transfer FREE which will remove usage of Cheque or Demand Draft some day.
