Because every life deserves a chance to live, and this poor dog has endured unimaginable suffering. For years, it has been chained, with a bark collar so it doesn't even have a voice. This poor soul receives no affection, only occasional scraps of food that are thrown at it. I have never even seen a water bowl nearby.

The so-called "dog house" is nothing more than roofing leaned together—far from the shelter that this dog deserves. As a result, it is left exposed to all the elements without protection, suffering through freezing winters and scorching summers, year after year. Despite the clear signs of neglect and abuse, no one has stepped in to offer this dog the rescue and sanctuary it desperately needs.
