There are millions of Indiana Jones fans and collectors and there are surely countless nostalgic stories of how they came to this beloved saga. Despite these movies that make us dream, the reality is that as a fan you are sadly surprised when you realize that in everyday life there will not be a search for the grail, a golden idol hidden in the middle of the jungle or a dial that allows me to know another era, all of that remains out of our reach, but what does remain with us, in addition to movies, of course, is the pleasure of collecting, something so human and necessary for those of us who want to be part of that universe that we admire and the only way to get involved in it is to acquire that item that reminds us or transports you to that adventure.

When Hasbro announced the "Adventure Series" line we were excited as we hadn't felt in a long time with a new line, we looked forward to it and when the figures were in our hands they did not disappoint us, they were, in short, what we had expected for a long time from a collectibles from the Indy saga, with a beautiful box design and with figures that did justice to the characters and with excellent accessories, they are very worthy figures for the scale, price and type of market they are aimed at.

 

 

For this reason we, the  collectors, take a step forward for Indy, that old friend who always invited us to dream of adventures, to be interested in archaeology, to think that there were more interesting things out there, and we want to do our bit to save this "Adventure Series" by letting Hasbro know our total support for the line. Below we propose figures or sets that we would like to see in the line and that we hope this helps Hasbro understand that there is a bright future for the Indiana Jones community, put on the hat and finish the collection of this wonderful series.

 What do we need to rescue this line? “you just have to take one step... leap of faith".

Before starting with the list of characters we would like to make a brief note:

"It is very clear to everyone that some characters could cause controversy in the line, such as the Nazis, we understand that Hasbro as a company and we as collectors are aware that there must be caution with certain symbols, as other lines such as Lego, these Nazi symbols can be omitted and the band left only in red with a white circle on the arm of the uniforms of this military organization, to give an example. All this with the aim of not hurting sensitivities and not leaving aside such emblematic villains in this line."

As collectors we want to support the series with specialized projects such as through Haslab, with this way we hope for more ambitious proposals.

          just for example:

• Packs of 4 figures from a movie (Chief Guard, Willie, Mola Ram and Little Maharaja, all the figures with his ) to give an example of Temple of Doom, in the same way it can be to complete the movie of Raiders of the Los Arc, Last Crusade, Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny.
• Figures with vehicles or horses, each accompanied by a representative character or two.  
• Diorama packages with characters, for example: The complete throne with a crystal skeleton accompanied by Irina Spalco, Harold Oxley and Mutt Williams. 
• Complementing the construction of artifacts, we propose to build adventure models. It would be beneficial if small dioramas could be built accompanied with figures.

All package proposals include figures that can reuse parts of figures that we already have in the line.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The future of Indiana Jones is clearer than ever and fans and collectors are looking forward to the new game. We trust that the good news is not just there and that Hasbro will soon surprise us with a new wave of this fantastic Adventure Series. We as Indy fans will not stop searching among old and collapsed temples for that golden relic synonymous with hope, the same one we have for this fabulous Adventure Series.
