Animals are voiceless. But they have emotions and feelings like us. Government should take necessary steps to take care of them by providing hospital and shelter atleast one in 30 km surroundings. Through this, ABC procedure and vaccination can be done. This will help to reduce the animal population so that they will not end up in streets without food and shelter. This will help to safeguard them from danger. They are suffering a lot from some people. They can express their pain through their eyes and screaming only. They deserve this facility. Please join hands to help those poor creatures.
