CPS is removing children from homes due to lies and heresay. -NO EVIDENCE- 

Abusive narcissist parents / 'grandparents' - can state that they feel a baby is in danger or harms way when they are well taken care of and safe - 

CPS will take / steal a newborn baby (or babies)  or child / children the same day for ' Emergency Protection Removal' and give custody of that child to the Narcissist Grandparents . 

 

There has been no evidence in my case against me, only heresay and false accusations. 

 

I talked with my counselor and CPS workers many times about the abuse i went through from my narcissist parents.

CPS wrote down, after having access to my counseling records and notes and a PTSD diagnosis from family trauma..... that the abuse was unsubstantiated , specifically CPS wrote:  because i hadnt talked to my counselor about the abuse . 

However, my counselor literally told me not to keep my hopes up with my parents getting healthier because its narcissistic abuse that they have done to me. 

CPS never even looked at my counseling records properly or they would have seen I talked to my counselor a lot about the abuse i went through from my biological parents. 

 

•The Call To CPS •

My Narcissist biological mother told me she doesnt think im capable of being a mother and finally after all these years - i called her a bitch .

I had been attached at the hip with my son , and doing incredible with my son, i felt so connected to him...

 

 ...She had called me a bitch many times before and i refrained from calling her one back all these years - til she said  youre not capable of being a good mother and i finally cussed at her. 

We were alone in my kitchen , while my son was laying down in his bassinet for a nap. It was about four pm and felt like the first time i had him out of my arms all day .

She went out into my driveway right after this - my kitchen window was open by the driveway ...

and she called CPS because i called her a bitch for insulting me.

She didnt tell CPS that part though. 

Also she called her sister for emotional validation and to talk to her and talk bad about me and play the victim. 

 

So,

Narcissist Abusive Grandmother (Maternal Grandparent)  told CPS : I was leaving my son outside alone on my backyard patio table and on all kinds of unsafe surfaces alone. Which i did not do and would not do ever. 

When we were outside by my patio table she  was standing next to me and verbally told me she would watch him for me while i wash my hands ....

She was standing right there with my son and even verbally told me shes ok with doing so. 

I took pictures of her with my son at the back patio table and around my home right before she called cps .... 

 

The attorney told me the pictures i took that had a time stamp don't suffice as evidence . 

 

ALSO-

The whole reason she was there following me around , was because CPS required I do an in home safety plan and have another adult with me and my child 24/7 .

If i didnt agree to this they would have taken my son from my care at the first meeting i had with CPS.

The hospital said i wouldnt be allowed to go home with my newborn child if i didnt agree to do the CPS meeting the week me and my son got home from hospital.

So, i agreed to meet with CPS at my home and that is where they told me i have to do the inhome safety plan or they take my baby from me that day. 

ANOTHER HUGE PROBLEM CPS DOES:

CPS deems tarot card readings as delusion and schizophrenia and  is a reason they take children from parents. { SEE MY OTHER PETITION ALSO PLEASE - SPIRITUAL FREEDOM AND HOLDING THE FIRST AMENDMENT ACCOUNTABLE } 

 

When the CPS worker Kalli was saying my son would go to my abusive parents instead of foster care , i started sharing my concerns with my son being cared for by people who abused me . Also i shared that id mostly been no contact with my family for years and very minimal contact while i was pregnant. I shared an instance of sexual abuse i went through .... 

My narcissist Mother immediately said im a liar and that they werent abusive and that it never happened and i dont remember things correctly. 

CPS worker Kalli Told me - She doesnt see the abuse being an issue . 

Baby still needs to bond with grandparents. 

 

THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. 

IF A MOTHER SAYS SHE PREFERS A CHILD BEING IN FOSTER CARE BECAUSE HER OWN FAMILY ABUSED HER - THE ABUSE IS AN ISSUE AND IT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED PROPER. 

They walked out of my front door with my son over three years ago after this conversation and i have been fighting to have my son home with me ever since. 

 

CPS CORRUPTION NEEDS TO END. 

 

SIGN IF YOU BELIEVE BABIES AND CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE PLACED WITH MATERNAL OR PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS - WHEN THEY ABUSED THEIR OWN CHILDREN - 

 

SIGN IF YOU FEEL CPS MUST HAVE EVIDENCE - NOT JUST FALSE ALLEGATIONS TO TAKE CHILDREN. 

 

SIGN IF YOU AGREE LAWS NEED TO CHANGE.

 

THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME HOW THIS HAS GONE UNDER RUG SWEPT .
