Plymouth City Council Update

We need to gather evidence for the Council to deem the odour to be a statutory nuisance, then they are duty bound to serve an abatement Notice under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Email: environmentalhealthandlicensing@plymouth.gov.uk.  to complain.  If we get enough signatures on this petition we can submit this for them to consider how many of us are affected.  Currently 47 signatures are not enough so please share and encourage those affected to sign.  I will be keeping a diary of the times and days there is unpleasant odours affecting me and urge you to do the same over a 3 week period.
