My name is Ana Albarran and I am the child of Davie Albarran who was on Americas Most Wanted. My father was able to be on the run for 451 days with help of friends and family. This petition seeks to amend a law to require individuals who knowingly harbor fugitive sex offenders to register as sex offenders themselves. Because if you would hide a child molester, you would hurt a child.
