My daughter deserves the opportunity to go out in public without being exposed to a diaper change in the public eye. As a parent, it breaks my heart to see my child's dignity at risk simply because of inadequate facilities. This isn't just about my daughter; it's about everyone who needs assistance, regardless of age or disability.
