Petition to Require Mandatory Paternity Testing at Birth and Retroactive Testing in the United States

We, the undersigned, call upon our elected officials to pass legislation requiring mandatory paternity testing at birth for all children born in the United States, as well as allowing retroactive testing for past cases where paternity fraud, disputes, or uncertainties exist.

Additionally, retroactive testing must be allowed for those who have been misled or unfairly held responsible for children who are not biologically theirs.
