This is a petition to require Trilogy to pay for employee lunch breaks. As of now, full-time employees are required to work 8.5-hour shifts while only being paid for 8 hours of our time. Because lunch breaks are required by the state of Illinois, our half hour break is required time for work. For this reason, Trilogy is functionally refusing to pay for time they are requiring workers to take. Trilogy is requiring 42.5 hour work-weeks while claiming that we only work 40 hours. By signing this petition, I petition that this is unacceptable, and I am demanding that our lunches be paid.
