🌟 Over 100 Days of Advocacy: Today marks 101 days of tireless advocacy for our clients and our community's right to quality care. We’ve faced countless obstacles, taken on bureaucracy, and fought for justice. Your unwavering support has been crucial in keeping this momentum alive.

🗣️ Board of Supervisors Update: The recent Board of Supervisors meeting went well. A Supervisor who had previously been critical of our efforts has now asked for additional documentation, which we provided immediately after returning to the office. This is a positive step, and we’re hopeful it signals a new willingness to finally address the issues our community is facing.

⚖️ Justice Served: In a recent state hearing, it was shown that KernBHRS made a mistake by not following proper protocols for Continuity of Care for one of our clients. Though we are still waiting on the final verdict, this is a major victory, validating the challenges we’ve been advocating for over the last 100+ days. I’m hopeful that we can meet with KernBHRS again next week to resolve this issue without further hearings.
