Greeley Park, located in Nashua, New Hampshire, is a cherished community space where families and individuals come to unwind, play, and enjoy the outdoors. The wading pool is an invaluable resource during the sweltering summer months. It provides a much-needed respite for children and families looking to cool off and engage in healthy, active outdoor activities. Unfortunately, the pool remains behind bars.  This closure leaves families without crucial recreational options in the summer months. 

Furthermore, the playground equipment at Greeley Park is outdated and, in some cases, potentially hazardous for young children. Modernizing the playground is not just about aesthetics but about ensuring the safety of our community's youngest members. Upgraded, safe playground equipment would offer peace of mind to parents and caregivers, and encourage physical activity, social interaction, and cognitive development in children.

Investing in the refurbishment and regular maintenance of Greeley Park's facilities is an investment in the community's future. By maintaining a working pool/splash pad, and safe playground, Nashua can reinforce its commitment to providing high-quality recreational spaces for its residents.
