The Falconhead Home Owners in Burneyville, OK, have an issue with the Falconhead Property Owners Association (FPOA) Board of Directors concerning water usage billing. There is a growing concern that not all members are held to the same standards of billing. A fair and equitable community needs all of its members to be treated equally, and this includes how they are billed for necessary resources such as water. What's more, unequal billing practices may violate both homeowner association regulations and state laws. We hereby request the FPOA to cease billing for water usage until all Members are equally held to the same standard.
