My son struggles daily at a mainstream school due to their inability to provide adequate support for children with disabilities. Many schools are understaffed and lack the necessary resources to care for and support children who can still thrive in a mainstream environment. As a result, young children are being excluded or given consequences when alternatives could be more beneficial for their unique struggles.

My son is only 6 years old, and yet he has faced over 10 exclusion days in just the past year.
