Legacy withdrew their application for the CUP for the data center at the Star tribune building yesterday and indicated they canceled their purchase agreement. 

Let us all take today to celebrate and remember the power of people coming together in numbers. We just asked for basic transparency and that alone scares data centers.  Thank you so much to all and continue to join this work of protecting our communities from corporations and Data Centers that exploit natural resources. 

Please stay involved and continue to pay attention to these issues happening locally and abroad. As we win we can share the blueprints with other communities.
