You are needed at the GR City Commission Meeting

Join us tomorrow night to show your support for taking a little more time to get this once in a generation zoning change right for everyone it will affect. Ask our Commissioners to not put development and investment over People! 

YOU ARE NEEDED AT THE GR CITY COMMISSION MEETING FOR PUBLIC COMMENT on Tuesday, March 19th at 7:00 p.m. at Harrison Park Academy, 1440 Davis Ave. NW 

Zoning changes can help with our city's housing crisis, but the City Commissioners' work is not done.  Questions need to be asked:

After this weekend's water main break can our aging infrastructure handle an influx of more density? 

How is the City protecting neighborhoods most at risk from gentrification and displacement?

Is shifting the homeless population from south Division into residential neighborhoods the best solution for all stakeholders? 

We support fixing Grand Rapids zoning laws, and the City Commission needs a plan in place to address unintended consequences.
