A sincere request to the Farmer's Friendly Agriculture Minister Shri N Cheluvaraya Swamy Sir from the hardworking talent pool of Agriculture Universities of Karnataka 

We the Graduates of Bsc Agriculture and other allied Agri-science  such as Agri Marketing, Agri-Engineering and Agri- Biotechnology etc are writing this petition with deep concern about the systemic issues in the recruitment exam for AO and AAO posts.

 The last AO, AAO, ADA notification in the year 2016 was fulfilled by the honourable KEA in an efficient, Transparent & Timely manner. Credits for the same goes to the workmanship spirit of the then Agriculture Minister Shri Krishna Byregowda Sir and also for the Integrity and competency of the honorable KEA.

After that it took a long wait of nearly 10 years for the release of New AO & AAO Notification from the Government of Karnataka but unfortunately has been transferred from Honourable KEA to disgusting KPSC, and to much worsen the process the exam got  postponed due to Sports quota issue &  due to fickle minded bureaucracy of KPSC and ultimately cancelled by the executive decisions which were deliberately crafted by those with vested interests.

It is now revealed that the insider's of KPSC itself are involved in selling questions paper to prospective buyers and marring the  meritocracy through nepotism and bribery.

When the HK exams dates were announced the agents of KPSC members approached the prospective aspirants and made a deal such that they take them to far off places such as Hyderabad and give them real question paper on Friday and make the candidates to mug up answers for the same and they will drop the candidates to the exam hall on Sunday just 30 minutes before exam, with a condition that the candidates have to submit all their original documents and certificates before and after the declaration of 1:3 list the candidates have to get their documents by paying due amount of 60 lakhs and thus they secure their Seats with certainty and those agents have also quoted the reference of them helping CTI & PDO exam  candidates in this sophisticated aka Cryptographic & Blockchain model of Malpractice wherein it is difficult to catch them.

As a blessing in disguise the exam got cancelled and their plans are kept on hold; However such a threat is always haunting & looming in front of we the honest and hardworking Agriculture Graduates from poor economic background.

Now the new notification has to be released in early 2026 and as a matter of last resort we hope that transferring Agriculture Officer recruitment exams from corrupt KPSC to honest KEA will ensure transparency and safeguard the meritocracy and it is the track record of KEA that they are completing the process in optimum time without any unnecessary delays and they are known for good standards and transperancy as it is mandatory in KEA exams that a candidate has to fill the fifth option in the OMR in exam hall itself if a candidate is dumb about any questions and the honorable KEA is publishing the OMR of all & any candidate without the need for "locus standi".

KPSC is not releasing the marks of candidates who are called for documents verification as per 1:3 vacancies and they are fixing a deal at this stage and are tampering the OMRs so they are inevitably keeping the public and the exam taking aspirants from not knowing each other's score at 1:3 stage.

KEA is so famous for releasing the final results within 10 days of conducting exams where as KPSC is stumbling to release the result even after 10 months. 

KPSC staffs are so incompetent that they do not take care of blunders in their exam process for eg in one centre for PDO exam they gave questions paper 45 minutes after actual time; whereas KEA tracks every stage with live CCTV surveillance and they prepare Good quality error free questions and provide answers key within a week after exam.

After a long wait of 10 years if this AO AAO recruitment goes to KPSC it will take another 3 years and innumerable court hearings to complete this exam and will make many honest Agriculture Graduates Blind and their families have to suffer from darkness and trauma  for the mistakes of lackadaisical lusty greedy morons of KPSC.

When we hear about KPSC our blood simmers with discontent whereas if we remember KEA our soul soothes itself to a calm and content state of mind.

It is the prime and pristine time now to give upcoming AO AAO recruitment exam  to honest KEA.

We sincerely request The chief minister of Karnataka  Shri Siddharamaiah Sir and State Agriculture Minister  Shri Cheluvaraya Swamy Sir to do the needful for quickly recruiting the AO AAO vacancies and to handover the recruitment process to the honorable KEA. Sir please do not risk the life of honest & hardworking Agriculture Graduates by giving AO/AAO recruitment exam to corrupt KPSC, kindly be empathetic enough to give this exam to honest KEA.
