Subject: Petition for Accountability for Staysha Randall aka @stayshasweird Regarding False Allegations and Manufactured Evidence on TikTok against @goodtime_charley

This petition is signed by TT users with grave concerns about a string of disturbing incidents that recently occurred on TikTok involving a content creator who has engaged in malicious behavior, including the fabrication of false allegations and the manufacturing of evidence to launch a false police investigation against her ex-partner. This act of spiteful misconduct has caused significant harm to the accused party and threatens the integrity of the TikTok platform.

The content creator in question, @stayshasweird, has spread false allegations about her ex-partner, @goodtime_charley, on TikTok, making baseless claims of criminal activities and wrongdoing-- specifically related to grooming of minors, soliciting of minors via direct messages, and receipt of indecent photos of minors. Her actions include the fabrication of evidence, fake screenshots, and false narratives that have incited outrage and condemnation from TikTok users who believed her false accusations. It is essential to emphasize that these allegations are unequivocally false and have been proven as such by law enforcement agencies. The actions of Staysha not only jeopardized the reputation and well-being of Charley, but also undermined the credibility of TikTok as a platform for genuine content creation, despite repeated Community Standards violations.

In light of the above, we, the undersigned TikTok users and concerned individuals, respectfully petition TikTok to take the following actions:

1. Suspend or Remove Staysha's account. We urge TikTok to suspend or permanently remove @stayshasweird from the platform for her deliberate dissemination of false information, manufacturing of evidence, and demonstration of harm to another user, utilizing the benefit of a huge following and her perks as a sponsored creator to inflict this damange.

2. Clear Charley's name. TikTok should publicly acknowledge that the allegations made against @goodtime_charley were false, protect accounts that are doing this currently, and issue a statement that TikTok does not endorse the activity of @stayshasweird.

3. Enhance Reporting and Moderation. We request that TikTok further enhance its reporting and moderation systems to prevent the misuse of the platform for personal vendettas, false allegations, and the dissemination of fabricated evidence. If a video gets found to "violate community standards", there should not be an option for larger creators to keep these videos up and circulating when smaller creators would have the videos removed.

4. Educational Initiatives. TikTok should consider implementing educational initiatives or guidelines for content creators to promote responsible and ethical content creation while discouraging harmful behavior.

5. Collaboration with Law Enforcement. TikTok should cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure that the false police report and fabricated evidence are properly addressed and comply with any subpoenas for information in this case.

We believe that by taking swift and decisive action against @stayshasweird, TikTok can demonstrate its commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform for users. It is crucial to deter such harmful behavior that tarnishes the reputation of the platform and causes significant harm to innocent individuals.
