Glyphosate is life threatening to wild life and is already BANNED in 28 countries.

Recent studies have concluded it is not as safe as originally confirmed,  when it was first introduced in the 70's 

Councils have an option to purchase annual permits/ licences to allow use of this product. They chose to still follow this archaic and life threatening practice. 

It's application is now very liberal, via Councils and contractors, in areas where wildlife thrive causing decimation of species in our environment,  on our doorsteps!

Attention was bought to the use of Glyphosate and the councils current practice due to spate of deaths in our hedgehog community and the timely spraying of Glyphosate.

More and more residents across the county started reporting the same experience with hedgehogs almost extinct where they would normally see them thriving..

Please sign and support wildlife in requesting the West Northamptonshire Council cease with any future purchasing of permits/ licences to spray ' toxic chemical' Glyphosate Weed Killer.

Let's convince West Northamptonshire Council to become trailblazers and respond positively and embrace this opportunity with public support!
