Request updates on Viridian community amenities
The Issue
As homeowners and residents of the vibrant Viridian community, we have invested not just in our homes, but in a lifestyle that was promised to us: one filled with exceptional recreational amenities including a community pool, lush green spaces, and various other outdoor facilities. These features were pivotal in our decision to choose Viridian as our home.
Unfortunately, there has been an unsettling silence regarding the progress of these amenities. We are kept in the dark about the proposed locations of the community pool and green spaces, and we have no clarity on their approval and permitting status. We are unaware of the timelines set for their construction and subsequent completion. This lack of transparency can undermine the trust and sense of community that Viridian prides itself on.
Several residents, like me, chose this community because of the benefits these amenities promised for our families - a place where our children can play, where we can forge relationships with neighbors, and where we can enjoy the serenity of well-maintained green spaces. Yet, without official updates or communications, we are left with questions and concerns about the value and truth of the promises made.
We request that EPIC Properties and the Viridian HOA provide a comprehensive written update. This should include:
- Detailed information about the proposed locations of community amenities.
- Current status in relation to the required approvals and permits for each project.
- Anticipated construction schedules and expected completion dates.
- Explanation of any deviations or changes from the original plans communicated to us.
Providing this information is crucial not just for the integrity of our community, but also for the continued satisfaction and peace of mind of all Viridian homeowners and residents.
Sign this petition to join us in urging EPIC Properties and the Viridian HOA to uphold their commitments and keep us informed about the future of our community's amenities.
