A Petition to Turning Point USA Regarding

The Charlie Kirk Show

We are listeners, supporters, and members of the audience who valued The Charlie Kirk Show during Charlie Kirk’s lifetime.

We are asking Turning Point USA to reconsider the continued use of Charlie Kirk’s name and the Charlie Kirk Show identity for a program now hosted by others.

This request is not about silencing anyone.

Andrew Kolvet, Blake Neff, and others have the right to express their own views and continue their own work. Our concern is different:

We believe Charlie Kirk’s name should remain distinctly connected to Charlie Kirk’s own voice, work, convictions, and body of broadcasts.

For many of us, The Charlie Kirk Show was not simply a brand or a title. It was Charlie himself speaking directly to his audience.

We believe there is an important difference between continuing Charlie’s legacy and continuing his program under his name with different voices.

Therefore, we respectfully ask Turning Point USA to:

1. Reconsider the continued use of the name The Charlie Kirk Show for the current host-led program.

2. Consider giving current hosts their own program identity and name rather than presenting their commentary as the continuation of Charlie’s own voice.

3. Preserve Charlie Kirk’s original broadcasts, interviews, debates, speeches, and commentary as the authentic Charlie Kirk Show archive.

4. Clearly distinguish Charlie Kirk’s own words and work from the opinions and commentary of those who came after him.

5. Listen to the members of Charlie’s original audience and supporters who are asking for this distinction to be respected.

We are not asking for anyone to lose their right to speak.

We are asking for Charlie Kirk’s name and legacy to be treated as something distinct and worth preserving in its own right.

If the work continues, let it continue under the names and voices of the people doing that work.

And let The Charlie Kirk Show remain Charlie’s.

We respectfully ask TPUSA to preserve Charlie Kirk’s voice not simply his brand name.
